Mary Stein

Mary provides staff support to Robert McMaster, Vice Provost and Dean of Undergraduate Education; to Laura Coffin Koch, Associate Vice Provost; and to Suzanne Bardouche, Assistant Vice Provost. In addition, she performs a variety of administrative duties to assist other staff within the Office of Undergraduate Education (OUE) and the Office of the Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost. Mary manages calendars for OUE staff members and coordinates department meetings and events. Additionally, she assists with tasks related to New Student Convocation and Freshman Seminars.

Prior to joining the Office of Undergraduate Education, Mary worked in the Office of Information Technology (OIT) for 10 years. She served as a Human Resources Specialist, coordinating job postings/searches and performance review processes, and as an Executive Assistant, providing administrative support to senior management. In addition, she performed space management duties which included coordinating office relocations and working with vendors and technical staff to ensure that projects were completed on schedule.

Mary earned her B.A. degree in Government from the College of Saint Benedict in Saint Joseph, Minnesota.
