Joe supports the provision of information, analysis, and coordination for executive leadership at the University. In particular, Joe provides analysis for the accountability report and an electronic-based project reporting University measurements.

Joe holds a Ph.D. in educational policy and administration from the University of Minnesota. He also has an M.S. in college student personnel from Indiana State University and a B.S. in consumer science from the University of Wisconsin- Madison.
