Laurel Caroll
Administrative Aide Laurel Carroll staffs the Council on Liberal Education, which is the Senate committee responsible for implementing and coordinating the liberal education curriculum for the Twin Cities campus. She works with students and advisers on questions and problems concerning the liberal education requirements and handles petition for the Twin Cities campus. She is the administrator for the Web placement tests in math and chemistry and does the entry of English composition exemptions. She coordinates the Four-Year Graduation Plan designed to help students graduate in four years, which includes handling questions from students and parents, and working advisers on student problems. She works with departments and colleges on courses access issues for new freshmen and transfer students. She has a B.A. in psychology from the University of Minnesota. |
